A luxurious complex "White Church" is built on an area of 15 000 sq.m. It is located in "Kambanite" area, the city of Sofia. Situated at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, it combines the quiet and calmness of the nature and the quick access to the city center. The English-American school, the sport base CSKA, Bussiness park Sofia and Arena Cinema are near the complex. It will charm you with its good architectural decision, well-kept green areas and the unique location at the foot of the mountain.
The project
The complex has different apartments and houses meaning thier size and functional disposition. There is going to be a building with fitness centre, beauty saloon, chapel. In the price of each unit is included a parking place for the apartments and two for the houses. The complex is a closed type one with a guard and 24-hours video control, the green areas maintanence and snow cleaning during the winter. The used materials are carefully picked in order the complex to be a simbol for generations.
A complex maintanence is provided - 7 euro per year.

The building is going to be realized as a monolithic construction.

The outside surrounding and the inside barrage ones are made of red bricks.
